plums and aronia recipe
Pour 1 cup of plums and 10 aronia berries into 1 liter of water, and boil for 1 hour, in slow boil temperature around 205 F.
You will see that the water takes the color of berries and plums. All nutrition elements of the berries and plums will be in the water too.
After the boiling process, leave it to cool a little, than put the water, berries and plums in blender. You can add a spoon of honey.
The taste is wonderful, and you have filled your body with nutritional values.
You can put it in fridge and drink it for 2 days.
If you have a busy life, you can make 2 cups of plums and 20 aronia berries with 2 liters of water, and the whole process as explained above, then put it in fridge and drink it for 4 days. Detox yourself 😀 .
