• 2 cups of lentils
  • 1 liter of water
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

First, wash the lentils and some parsley, than chop the parsley in small pieces. Put them in one liter of water and boil for 1 hour, till the lentils are very soft. You will see that lentils will be bigger and all the water is filled with the great properties of the lentils and parsley.

Put some salt, a little spices like black pepper and basil, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Blend all of it, and enjoy a high nutritious creme soup.

I like lentils because of its nutritious value. They are rich in minerals, protein, and fiber. They help your digestive system. They contain folic acid, which is very important to eat in daily bases, especially for pregnant women, infants and during adolescence. This because acid folic help for growth.

One cup of lentils contains around 90% of folic acid that body needs.

So, of course I consume it at least twice a week.
